The ScanLift Orbit
The ScanLift Orbit is a professional long endurance Hybrid-Electric heavy lift UAS multirotor platform that has been designed and developed as an extremely efficient and safe way to carry a wide range of payloads. It has been purpose built for reliability and ruggedness having been tested in some of the harshest environments in the world. The Orbit’s ease of use allows field teams to focus more on getting good data as opposed to complex aircraft operations.
The Sanlift Orbit has now been field tested to fly for more than 120 minutes duration with payload!

Hybrid-Electric EFI Engine
Using INF’s latest 3.5kw Hybrid-Electric EFI Engine (iHE7) we are able to provide exceptional power supply for heavy payloads, steep terrain changes and long endurance. The iHE7 is an electronically fuel injected (EFI), self starting engine with a unique air cooled design for simplicity and in field reliability in any environment. With an exceptional 3.5kw peak output and continuous 3kw output the iHE7 is incredibly fuel efficient, the on-board ECU controls engine management, fuel flow, fuel injection, cooling and throttle management/power output.
Rail Payload System
Our sliding rail system allows the fine tuning of the platforms payload to adjust the COG, increasing overall efficiency with enhanced flight characteristics and responsiveness. Custom integration and attachment options are also available utilizing our industrial design team.
8 x Single Motors
8 x single motors for increased flight time efficiency providing backup redundancy in case of motor failure.

Quick Plug-in Design
The unique ‘plug-in’ design allows additional accessories to be added or removed such as parachutes or RTK quickly and easily while you are out in the field.
INF’s proprietary mission planning software coupled with the Jupiter+ Auto Pilot flight controller allows full autonomous flights.
Innoflight’s mission planning software, i- Ground Control (i-GCS) versatility sets it’s self apart from all the others. i-GCS comes installed on the ScanLift Orbit ground control station and can also be loaded on to other computer’s. This allows you to create missions in the field or at your office.
A ground control station (GCC) is used to operate the ScanLift Orbit, this is an intuitive control system with built in windows tablet and long-range communication link for simple and safe operation’s.
Quality Flight Control System
The ScanLift Orbits robust hand-held Eco ground control station (GCS) is a portable command and control station featuring an industrial grade touchscreen Windows™ 10 computer with a secure 900MHz encrypted data link that is FAA/FCC ID: NS913P900 complaint. THe Eco GCS operates via intuitive joystick/switches to control the aircraft in flight for simple and safe operations. The Eco GCS is designed to operate in harsh conditions with battery runtime of 4h continuous use and has an IP67 weather resistant rating.

The ScanLift case is also commercial airline weight and size compliant. One person can easily manoeuvre the case with the built-in wheels and retractable handle.
The laser sensor allows terrain following or in flight height above terrain telemetry helping to mitigate crash risk including maintaining data collection accuracy.
The ScanLift can be piloted from it’s point of view via the onboard First Person View camera and transmitted to the flight control system.
The ScanLift Orbit is RTK ready and seamlessly links with INF’s RTK Base Station or with a customers existing base stations. Allows to receive real time GPS information and geologging of images as they are triggered during flight. RTK also increases navigational accuracy.
